About the event
Our annual National Night Out will take place between 7 and 9 pm in the Flora Singer Elementary School parking lot.
County Executive Marc Elrich will include our event in his National Night Out stops. His office estimates an arrival between 8 and 8:30 at Flora Singer Elementary School. Additionally, we expect representatives from the Third District Montgomery County police station, which patrols our neighborhood; the Park Police, responsible for McKenney Hills park; trucks (always a huge hit with the kids) from the Kensington and Silver Spring fire stations; and officeholders representing our area.
We’ll have snacks, Starbucks coffee, cold drinks and, of course, information about our civic association.
