MCKENNEY HILLS-CARROLL KNOLLS CIVIC ASSOCIATION
Nestled between downtown Silver Spring and Wheaton, the McKenney Hills-Carroll Knolls neighborhood offers the suburban charms of parks and green space with the advantages of easy access to Washington, DC.
The McKenney Hills–Carroll Knolls Civic Association was founded in 1992 and is loosely bounded by Forest Glen to the South, Georgia Ave to the East, Plyers Mill to the North, and Leslie St to the West.
What a year it has been for the McKenney Hills-Carroll Knolls Civic Association! Membership is thriving, events are well attended, and new folks are volunteering!
Since our last newsletter, the Civic Association has hosted our annual Summer Block Party, National Night Out, the Halloween Parade, and a backyard social hour and weekend coffee hour for our membership meetings.
