Our annual membership dues of $12 supports the association’s activities, such as the park clean-up, National Night Out, and the Block Party. These dues also help us maintain signage, purchase supplies, and reserve facilities.
I am very pleased to report that the financial position of the association is strong.
We currently have $6,218.58 in our checking account, with another $1,341.47 in our PayPal account. Our 2023 budget is on track and our biggest expenses of the year have been the Easter egg hunt at McKenney Hills Park, and the June block party at Capital View/Homewood Park. Both events were well attended!
